I contacted Pintu because I had to travel alone to Varanasi and I only speak Spanish. My son lived there and wasn’t doing well. I told him what was happening and he offered to help me, and he did. He helped me with absolutely everything: accommodation, finding my son, all the paperwork to get the exit permit, and above all, being there for me so I wouldn’t be alone during such a difficult time.
